By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

• Estimated dispatch time is 3–4 weeks, depending on production schedule and stock availability.

• Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Full payment is required to secure your pre-order.
  

• Once a pre-order has been confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or changes to the order (including size, colour, design, or shipping details) may not be accepted after production has begun.

• Slight variations in colour, print placement, and measurements (±1–3 cm) are normal due to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

• If there are any unexpected delays beyond the estimated timeline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
